Commonly caught in this area: Speckled trout, redfish, sheepshead and drum.
Also caught here: croaker, sheepshead, hardhead catfish, flounder.
Shallow flats fish best on a rising tide that pushes fish up to feed. Move slowly, wear polarized glasses and look for tailing fish or nervous water. Cast ahead of fish, not on top of them.
